MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma plus two years of experience in office setting or related clerical work. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

POSITION: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The BCBA will be primarily responsible for treatment plans, RBT supervision, new client consultations, assessments and other behavior-related tasks. The BCBA will report to the ABA Program Director.

Other Responsibilities include:
• Directly observe treatment implementation
• Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
• Provide direct instruction, training, and support to client and family members during regularly scheduled visits.
• Develop treatment goals, protocols and data collection systems
• Collaboration with family, caregivers, and all service providers is necessary to ensure continuity of care. Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team
• Effectively manage caseload, prepare and submit all required documentation in a timely manner
• Review and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff member to ensure the proper implementation of treatment plan
• Conduct functional and comprehensive behavior assessments & recommend positive behavior supports for children with Autism Spectrum and other related disorders.
• Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.
• Work closely with the Behavior Specialists in their provision of direct services, and provide the needed resources and guidance to assist clients, parents, and Behavior Specialists in the development and implementation of behavior protocols.

Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Competence in supervising ABA treatment programs for clients
• CPR Certification Required
